Need an alternative to brownies, cookies??

I work in a tug and from time to time to make a kind of dessert in my 0:00 to 6:00 to pass the time. We are now at Steam North bound off the coast of New Jersey in the direction of Albany NY. I do miss brownies, oatmeal cookies, etc.. I have many ingredients, including taco bakers chocolate, coconut, raisins, walnuts, brown sugar, powdered sugar, condensed milk, chocolate and caramel chips and more. What I'm really looking for a kind of bar cookie. Thank you in advance.
